1: By using OOKO you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. Occasionally we may make alterations to these terms by posting changes on our website. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made. Continued use of OOKO after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

2: Invoices shall be paid within 14 days of invoice date. Payment should be made by BACS; account details can be supplied upon request.

2a: OOKO reserves the right to charge interest at 10% per calendar month and an administration fee of £25 for each subsequent reminder for all invoices outstanding beyond 28 days of earliest invoice date.

2b: OOKO may suspend ongoing services once any invoice becomes overdue and may inform the reason for this to third parties to which this suspension of service affects. If invoices remain unpaid 60 days from the earliest invoice date OOKO may add a charge of £500 to cover debt collection administration. All additional costs associated with debt recovery will be passed to the client.

2c: Invoices will be supplied by e-mail in Word DOC format.

3: No variation of terms and conditions set out herein shall be effective unless agreed in writing by both parties.

4: All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and may be subject to change.

5: OOKO shall exclusively own all copyright and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the instruction.

6: OOKO reserves the right to decline any instruction.
